UK Space Agency’s National Space Technology Programme (NSTP)

NSTP is the UK Space Agency’s national capability building programme to support development of space sector technology.

This Programme provides grants for projects across 5 core themes:

  • Telecommunications;
  • Position, Navigation and Timing;
  • Sensing;
  • Exploration and Robotics;
  • Access to Space.

The Programme aims to increase Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of space technologies, encourage collaboration between industry and academia and encourage new entrants to the space sector – organisation size is not a barrier.
